Phase 3
We provide draft opening arguments developing persuasive themes identified by case research; suggest an order of proof; prepare scripted questions for direct or cross examination; provide courtroom observation and feedback, script potential closing arguments for attorney evaluation, and either staff parallel juries or provide social science observers in the courtroom. A fixed fee may be negotiated for effort in both voir dire and trial phases. Since work may be unpredictably time intensive, it is our practice to charge hourly fees for additional work.
