ABOUT
Connectionology® Seminars of America was formed in 2012 by the Nation’s Top Trial Attorneys with the goal of teaching and connecting all Plaintiff Trial and Criminal Defense Attorneys around the country. It’s mission is to provide serious education for those who desire to learn how to become a better lawyer and the main purpose is to help them reach great results to improve the lives for the client.

Connectionology® seminars has an outstanding history of featuring premier National Speakers and leading Experts in the industry. The best part is the one on one interaction and advice that you will receive. The educational topics vary from settlements, negotiation, mediation, insurance, medicine, anatomy, discovery, auto damages, jury selection and much more. Recent seminars have been held in Melbourne, FL; Naples, FL; Greenville, SC; Cleveland, OH; Charlotte, NC; Santa Fe, NM; Charleston, SC; Harrisburg, PA and Savannah, GA.

SO, WHAT IS CONNECTIONOLOGY®?
Connectionology® is the art, science, and methodology of bonding and relating to and with others for purposes of persuasion or enhancing a given relationship.

Connectionology® deals with “connecting” with others on a personal, emotional, trust, and oftentimes even spiritual level.

Connectionology® is what true courtroom advocates are all about as each is a master “Connectionologist.”

Connectionology® deals with bonding, relating, linking, attaching, and embracing others. When a trial advocate “connects,” he/she embraces, bonds, relates and persuades (albeit at varying levels or degrees).
However, when an advocate fails at connection, he/she divides, fails at persuasion, distances a relationship, and creates an enhancement of mistrust or disbelief. When you think of the word “connection”–you conceptualize thoughts of “fastening together,” or “tying together,” or “joining together,” or “binding together,” and similar thoughts.

This is what Connectionology® is all about.
In every step you take as a Trial Lawyer in the handling, workup, litigation, and trial of a case–your every thought should be focused upon connecting with the judge and jury in order to persuade and enhance the position of your client’s cause.

The Continuing Education Component

Trial Science Consulting is developing new approaches to continuing education for attorneys and other professionals in conjunction with expanding interest in Southeastern water sport opportunities.

Our goal is to reverse the winter exodus of attorneys to mountain states for combined ski and learning opportunities by replacing kiddie slopes with beaches. The watersports activities we will use used to attract attorneys are focused in the riverine and estuary-rich Tampa Bay area and in Florida's surfing mecca in the Palm Beach area. Using the EcoCentre in Lake Worth and the Ritz Carlton Hotel, for example, we will offer morning CLE sessions for lawyers and limousine-chauffeured, luxury shopping on Worth Avenue in Palm Beach and day-long training on the surf board, kite boarding and scuba diving for the entire family. Kite boarding, for example, is one of the fastest growing water sports activities in the world, with interest already expressed by the USOC. But Empire State attorneys and their families or those in the Windy City have no chance to learn surfing, ever, in New York Harbor or on the frozen shoreline of Lake Michigan when the winds and wave conditions in Florida are at their peak.

Likewise, exploring and learning other water sports, such as stand up paddleboarding (SUP) and emerging surf sports like kite boarding, are impossible in virtually every other state in the Union from November to April. And now, the demand-driven need for continuing professional education is there, as we already have established.

Trial Science Consulting has partnered with and developed "Connectionology Seminars" as a vehicle deliver continuing education and CLE credits to attorneys nation-wide.

This winter we will offer our first seminars linked to water sports training for attorneys and their families on both Florida coasts.

Likewise, Trial Science Consulting & Watersports West (www.watersportswest.com) have been working together for the past four years to develop new training materials for each of these sport activities.
Watersports West projects.
Much as in other sports activities are seasonal; Florida's warm winter weather provides great outdoor experiences at the most depressing time of year for Yankees when it is needed most! Watersports West will provide instructors and equipment for these water sports, including sales, so that when professional families return home they will find their surf boards, kites and paddles ready for application at the local beaches when and if time and conditions are available during the brief, Northern summers.

More to follow on this exciting recreational opportunity that will draw attorneys from across US to South Florida.
